RESPONSIBILITY ON THE TEAM
Cal serves as a member of Property Management. He is responsible for maintaining
day to day operations within the Property Services Division of Grubb & Ellis|The
Furman Co.
CAREER SUMMARY
Cal spent 2 years at Colliers Keenan Goldsmith working in both brokerage and
property management. He also spent the last 10 years working for First Landmark/Guardian
Management. While at First Landmark/Guardian Management he specialized in managing
office and industrial properties.
EDUCATION
Cal attended The University of South Carolina and received his degree in Business
Administration.
PROFESSIONAL COURSES, AFFILIATIONS, INTERESTS
Cal has his broker’s license and considers his field of expertise to be property
management. He enjoys hunting, fishing, woodworking, and other various outdoor
activities. Cal is married to Tessa and has two children, Harrison and Robert.
