Charles serves as an Associate Member of the Office Group where he specializes
in Landlord and Tenant representation and acquisition and disposition of properties.
Charles assists clients in developing and implementing strategic real estate plans
that are specifically designed to complement their business.
CAREER SUMMARY
Before joining the office team of Grubb & Ellis|The Furman Co. in 2003, Charles
built his real estate and leadership experience within the field of property management
for 5 years. Charles has proven his expertise through more than one hundred office
lease and sale transactions. Charles received Broker of the Year Award from Liberty
Property Trust in 2004 and 2006 and also received Co-Star's Power Broker Award
in 2006. Charles also services numerous office listings including the 92,000 SF Roper Mountain Business
Center in Greenville and the 425,000 SF Liberty Square Towers in Greenville.
EDUCATION
Charles graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill
PROFESSIONAL COURSES, AFFILIATIONS, INTERESTS
Charles has earned his CCIM designation. He is a member of the Greater Greenville
Association of Realtors, the Commercial Agents of Greater Greenville and the Greater
Greenville Chamber of Commerce. Charles has worked as a loaned Executive with
the United Way in 2004 and 2005. Charles is actively involved in various national
and international mission groups and is currently on the Board of Ignite Mission,
a New Orleans based mission group. Charles is married, has one daughter and enjoys
backpacking, scubadiving and traveling. |
