The Financial Services Team is available to assist clients with achieving their
desired investment goals in a swift systematic manner.
With our automated accounting systems, clients can select the depth of accounting
and reporting services they require. From “full service” the ability to provide
financial reports ready for income tax preparation, or CPA audits, to only reports
on income and receivables. Any chart of accounts can be utilized.
The financial services team will provide reports, hard copy or soft, delivered
at a selected time frame: monthly, quarterly or annually. The reports can include
all generally accepted accounting reports to just a one page summary of financial
activity. If required by the client, variance reports can be re created from the
comparative income statement to detail what is financially happening at the property.
Consolidation accounting can be performed for a portfolio of properties.

MANAGEMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Our financial services team works with all of our property services staff to
ensure all accounts receivables and payables are handled with professionalism.
Detailed procedures for the collections of funds and the payment of expenses exist
to ensure the protection of our clients. The inputting of data is done daily to
insure up to date information.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
With deposits made daily, all accounts are monitored as deposits are made.
We are aware of who owes money, how much and for how long.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Each payable is checked for accuracy, coded and double checked, and
paid when all background information regarding the vendor is acquired,
including Federal Tax I.D. numbers and insurance certificates. Checks
runs are produced weekly.
