RESPONSIBILITY TO THE TEAM
Justin Hirsch partners with Dee Smith and Clay Driggers within the Land Services
Group, where he works on consulting, brokerage and development of ally types of
vacant land. Justin specialized in Research, marketing and financial analysis
of land development projects, with an emphasis on master planned communities.
CAREER SUMMARY
Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis|The Furman Co., in May of 2006, Justin worked
as a Graduate Assistant under Dr. Terry Farris and Dr. Neil Waller of Clemson
University focusing on market analysis, financial feasibility, and other research
related items within the real estate industry. He was also an intern with Grubb
& Ellis|The Furman Co. under Dee Smith and Clay Driggers while completing
his graduate degree at Clemson University.
EDUCATION
Justin received a B.S. in Financial Management with an emphasis in Real Estate
from Clemson University in May 2004. He then went on to graduate school at Clemson
and completed his Master of Real Estate Development degree in May of 2006.
PROFESSIONAL COURSES, AFFILIATIONS, INTERESTS
Justin is originally from Pawleys Island, South Carolina. He enjoys golf and
watching Clemson athletics. Justin is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state
of South Carolina and is also an active Young Leader member of the Urban Land
Institute. |
