RESPONSIBILITY ON THE TEAM
Judy serves as the Vice President of The Furman Co., Insurance Agency LLC. She
is responsible for overseeing the full service insurance agency as well as specializing
in small business accounts.
CAREER SUMMARY
Judy joined The Furman Co., Insurance Agency LLC in 1999 as Vice President. Prior
to this she worked with Acorida of Ohio, a national agency for 12 years as the
Director of Personal Lines and Small Business. She also has previous insurance
experience with Denmark Insurance Services and Trimmer Insurance Agency, working
in Personal Lines and Small Business Departments.
EDUCATION
Judy received her Bachelor of Arts from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. She
previously taught school before joining the insurance profession in 1979.
PROFESSIONAL COURSES, AFFILIATIONS, INTERESTS
Judy moved to Greenville from Ohio 7 years ago. Judy is married and has 2 adult
sons. She is active in the Newcomers Club and enjoys golfing and spending time
with her 2 grandchildren.
