RESPONSIBILITY ON THE TEAM
Todd serves as a Project Manager with The Furman Co., Development LLC. He is
responsible for assisting the Development Manager in site analysis, the public
entitlement process, and procurement of consultants, predevelopment cost estimating
and reporting, construction management, negotiation of contracts and relationship
building with tenants, lenders and clients.
CAREER SUMMARY
Prior to joining The Furman Co., Todd worked as the Principle Planner for the
Greenville County Planning Commission and Ranger for the South Carolina State
Park Service. He considers his business expertise to be zoning, development regulations
and government affairs.
EDUCATION
Todd holds a Master of Public Administration degree from both Clemson University
and The University of South Carolina. He completed his undergraduate work at Clemson
University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism
Management.
PROFESSIONAL COURSES, AFFILIATIONS, INTERESTS
Todd is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and the American
Planning Association. As an ISA Certified Arborist, he also served as a member
of the Greenville County Tree Ordinance Advisory Committee. Todd is a native of
Greenville. He is also married and enjoys various types of outdoor recreation.
