After nearly four years, Poe West is coming to life.
The 65,000-square-foot creative use development on Perry Avenue is nearing semi-completion, with plans for some tenants to open by the end of the year and others to open by the first quarter of 2020.
The space, including a yet-to-be-named restaurant, should be filled by spring 2020.
