“Fun and funky with a cool factor” describes this mixed-used project that redeveloped the former Keys Printing building and property. Located in the heart of the downtown Greenville Central Business District, Keys Court is edgy, with industrial elements and repurposed shipping containers strategically used in the design, serving as keys storage for retail tenants. Retail tenants include CYCLEBAR, an indoor cycling experience, and Yee Haw Brewery with its roll-up doors to the outside courtyard beer garden. People can gather at rows of picnic tables with lights strung overhead watching live music, sports or an indie movie on the outdoor stage and projection screen. To the right of center, tucked behind private surface parking is a three-story office tower for commercial Class-A office tenants. Unique to Keys Court is an enchanting mural wall painted by muralist August Vernon, where you can search and find 12 different hidden animals, each one indigenous to South Carolina.
