The historic building that once served as the headquarters of Borden Ice Cream is undergoing transformation and is set to reopen to the public in early 2023.
Located at 711 W. Washington Street, on the periphery of Unity Park, the two-story building will reopen to the public as a Class A mixed-use development with more than 40,000 square feet of commercial space.
